About
An event happens once. We cover it with stills and film at the same time: the keynotes and the room, the handshakes and the people at the back, the detail that was planned for months and lasts an hour. Our event work includes a governance colloquium for a national figure’s fiftieth, a United Nations patrol in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and launches and birthdays across the Midlands.
Highlights go out the same week, in time for the follow-up email and the social posts while people still remember being there. The full set follows in seven to ten days in a private gallery your guests can save from, on a phone or a computer.
For larger events we add a second camera, a stage feed and live streaming for the people who could not be in the room.

Questions
How much does an event photographer cost in Leicester?
Our published event rate is £300 for the first two hours and £150 for each hour after that, with 10% off automatically past two hours, up to ten hours a day. Film and multi-camera coverage are quoted per event.
How soon do we get the pictures?
Highlights the same week, usually within two working days, for your follow-up and social posts. The full set within seven to ten days.
Can you film and photograph the same event?
Yes, and it is the usual request. Two people from the same team, one look across both, and nothing in the film that is missing from the pictures.
Can you live stream a conference?
Yes. Multi-camera, vision-mixed, with the slides and the room sound, streamed to YouTube, LinkedIn, Vimeo or a private page. See our live streaming and broadcast page.
Do you cover events outside Leicester?
Yes. Nottingham, Derby, Coventry, Birmingham and London regularly, and abroad when the job calls for it.
