About
A live stream has to work first time. We bring the cameras, the vision mixer, the audio desk and the encoder, build it in the room before anyone arrives, and run it from a desk at the back. The output goes to YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Vimeo, Zoom or a private page, with a recording delivered afterwards.
The same kit makes a studio broadcast: a multi-camera podcast, a panel, an announcement, a webinar with a presenter and slides. Our Leicester studio is set up for it, and the kit travels.

Questions
How much does live streaming an event cost?
It depends on cameras, crew and hours. A single-camera stream with slides and good sound is the entry point; a vision-mixed three or four camera show with a sound engineer costs more. Tell us the venue, the audience and the platforms and we will quote it within a day.
Which platforms can you stream to?
YouTube, LinkedIn Live, Facebook, Vimeo, Zoom and Teams webinars, or a private page with a password. Several at once if you need it.
What happens if the venue internet fails?
We test the line on the recce, bring a backup connection where the venue’s is in doubt, and record everything locally so nothing is lost even if the stream drops.
Do we get a recording?
Yes. The full programme as streamed, plus edited highlights or chapters if you want them.
Can you do this in our studio or office rather than a venue?
Yes. The kit travels. We also run broadcasts from our own studio in Leicester.
